Performance Diagnosis Matrix Description
We filled out the performance diagnosis matrix after we conducted an interview with Janet Hoskins, who is the sales manager and Steve Ray, who is the assistant director of catering. When we completed the matrix we discovered that all of the no’s fell within the process and team levels, with the no’s in purple and the yes’s in gold. Therefore, we were able to pinpoint the sales office, which lies in the team level, as being the problem area. From there we narrowed the problem down to the specific process that the sales office uses in taking orders and communicating those orders with other departments within SPEV.
